The Nemesia aviator measures 140mm across the frame front with 50mm lens height and 145mm temple length, proportions that suit most face shapes and sizes. We engineered adjustable silicone nose pads that can be customized by gently bending the pad arms to achieve your ideal bridge fit.
The teardrop lens shape flatters oval, heart, and square face structures while the medium frame width prevents overwhelming smaller features. Temple tips feature slight curvature and smooth acetate ends that rest comfortably behind the ears without pulling hair or causing pressure. The aviator silhouette sits slightly lower on the face than our wrap styles, creating the classic look that defined the category.

The Nemesia features a medium frame width of 140mm that works well for average to narrow face shapes. The adjustable nose pads allow you to customize the bridge fit for smaller facial features.
If you have a particularly petite face, we recommend checking our sizing guide or exploring our smaller aviator styles. The teardrop lens height of 50mm provides balanced proportions without overwhelming delicate bone structure.

The UV400 lenses in the Nemesia still provide excellent sun protection and clarity for everyday wear, shopping, and most outdoor activities.
Gently grasp one nose pad arm between your thumb and forefinger, then carefully bend it inward or outward to adjust the width. Make small adjustments and test the fit after each change to avoid over-bending.
The silicone pads themselves can be repositioned up or down the pad arm for height adjustment. If you're uncomfortable making adjustments yourself, most optical shops will adjust nose pads for free or a minimal fee.
While the Nemesia lenses are scratch-resistant, we do not currently offer replacement lens services. To prevent scratches, always store your sunglasses in the included hard case when not wearing them and clean them only with the microfiber cloth provided.
Our UV400 lenses are designed for long-term durability with proper care. Avoid placing your sunglasses lens-down on surfaces and never clean them with abrasive materials.
Aviators traditionally complement oval, heart-shaped, and square face structures by balancing angular features with soft curves. The Nemesia's teardrop lens shape adds width to narrow faces while the double bridge breaks up length on longer face shapes.
If you have a round face, the defined angles of aviator frames can add structure. The medium size prevents the frames from overwhelming your features regardless of face shape.
The 145mm temple length fits most head sizes comfortably, and the spring-loaded hinges provide additional flex for larger heads. The hinges allow the temples to bow outward slightly without permanent deformation.
If you typically need wider frames, measure your current sunglasses' temple length and frame width before ordering. The metal construction offers some adjustability, but dramatic bending can compromise the frame's structural integrity.
Rinse the metal frame under lukewarm water with a small amount of mild dish soap, using your fingers to gently rub away oils and debris. Pat dry immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth to prevent water spots.
Avoid ammonia-based cleaners, acetone, or harsh chemicals that can strip the protective finish. The brushed metal treatment is durable but benefits from gentle care. Regular cleaning with water and mild soap maintains the frame's appearance for years.
